Do you provide food for my child?
Yes, the Toddler Room is where the children can start participating in our food program. They are served breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks. Each family is provided with a monthly calendar so you can determine if the items we are serving on a specific day are what you would like your child to be eating. If there is concern, feel free to bring in other items from home and we will be glad to serve it to them. You will also need to provide a sippy cup so your child can be offered water throughout the day. If your child is still using bottles, feel free to bring those in pre made and let the teachers know what their bottle schedule is.

What do you do in the event my child bites or gets bitten?
This is a prime age for biting inappropriate objects, so please understand this is a normal part of development, It is shocking when your toddler bites or is bitten, but be assured that the teachers will redirect all biting to more appropriate substances and we will work continually to encourage development of language - lack of such skills is another prime reason for biting accidents.

What things can I work on at home to help my child at school?
This is individualized depending on the developmental level of your child. Communicating with teachers on a regular basis is important so that you can support each other in helping your child learn and develop.
